1. Our Commitment
At CompanyNow, operated by Avantage Consulting Ltd, we are committed to providing professional and reliable corporate services. We aim to ensure that every client receives the service they have ordered in a clear and timely manner.
2. Company Formation Services
If your company formation application has not yet been submitted to Companies House, you may request cancellation and a full refund.
Once the application has been submitted to Companies House, the service cannot be cancelled or refunded, as processing has commenced and applicable government fees and service costs may already have been incurred.
3. Nominee Director Service
Nominee Director Service fees are non-refundable once the nominee director has been formally appointed or the relevant appointment documentation has been prepared and issued.
If you cancel the service before the appointment process has commenced, you may request a refund, less any administration or processing costs already incurred.
For ongoing annual Nominee Director Services, cancellation must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
4. VAT Registration Service
VAT registration service fees are non-refundable once the application has been prepared and submitted to HMRC.
Any express or priority processing fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has commenced.
5. Nominee Shareholder Service
Nominee Shareholder Service fees are non-refundable once the relevant documentation has been prepared or issued or the service has otherwise commenced.
6. Registered Office Address
Annual Registered Office Address fees are non-refundable once the address has been assigned to the company or the service has commenced.
7. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days.
Where possible, refunds will be returned using the original payment method. Where this is not possible, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative method.
